Jesse's team continues to work on the ceilings and insulation project - there are a number of "accessory" tasks to this effort, as we grouped some electrical upgrades and a blow-in insulation task with it. The main part of the effort was to install R-18 or better insulation in the ceiling areas in the addition, and to put up a finished ceiling in the patio as shown here, and the laundry/utility room below.
The blow-in task is being completed this week, and the electrical upgrades are to follow. In particular, these will lead to the pool repairs that are queued up into the summer.
